Mrs. Leona Janelle Henderson, 77, a native of Clara, MS passed from this life Friday, February 17, 2017 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro. She was born in Waynesboro on Saturday, November 4, 1939 to Tollie Moseley and Leona Moseley. She was a member of Clara United Methodist Church and had worked as a Registered Nurse at Wayne General Hospital. Mrs. Henderson is preceded in death by her husband, James Lamar Henderson; father, Tollie Moseley and mother, Leona Moseley. She is survived by her sons, Scott Henderson, Stephen Henderson, Shannon Henderson, all of Clara; sisters, Ruby Williams of Clara, Ruth Harris of Waynesboro; grandchildren, Kristen Mills, Shaina Henderson, Colton James Henderson, Logan Scott Henderson, Breanna Janelle Henderson; great-grandchildren, Asher Hendersonv Ava Musgrove, Memphis Musgrove; several Nieces and Nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Henderson will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Clara United Methodist Church. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, February 20, 2017 at Clara United Methodist Church with Rev. Jesse Long officiating. Interment will be in Henderson Cemetery in Greene County.
