Tony Douglas Williams

Mr. Tony Douglas Williams, 64, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, April 2, 2021 at his residence. He was born in State Line on Saturday, May 19, 1956 to Troy Williams and Vivian Evon Williams. Mr. Tony served in the United States Army National Guard and was a Veteran. He had worked as a Lieutenant Supervisor at the Mississippi Department of Corrections in Leakesville. Mr. Tony is preceded in death by his father, Troy Williams and mother, Vivian Evon Williams; brother, Albert Troy Williams; and sister, Stacy Williams Smith. He is survived by three daughters, Tiffany Williams, Barnesville, GA, Christina Barfield (Todd), Douglasville, GA, Cheyenne Williams, Clara, MS; four sisters, Janice Pitts, Clara, MS, Johnie Bruce, Satsuma, AL, Shawn Williams, Baton Rouge, LA, Shannon Slay, Waynesboro, MS; seven Grandchildren and one Great Granddaughter. Visitation for Mr. Tony will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Norman Nowell officiating. Interment will be in Macedonia Cemetery in Fruitdale, AL.
