Mr. Jerry Wayne Hutto, 76, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Monday, July 23, 2018 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Sunday, January 11, 1942 to Marshall Hutto and Lacy V. Hutto. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He served 8 years as a Mississippi State Representative, president of the Blueberry Association, and had a B.S. Degree as a Medical Technician. He worked as an Insurance Salesman at Farm Bureau. Mr. Hutto is preceded in death by his mother, Lacy V. Hutto; father, Marshall Hutto; 2 brothers, Aaron Hutto, Harold Hutto. He is survived by his wife, Angie Hutto, Waynesboro, MS; son, Jerry "Jay" Hutto (Frankie), Waynesboro, MS; daughter, Lynne Houston, Hattiesburg, MS; 4 grandchildren, Amber Hauptmann, Summer Taylor, Mackenzie Hutto, Ashley Sanford; 5 great grandchildren, Gabe Hauptmann, Ian Hauptmann, Bella Grace Sanford, Houston Sanford, Audrey Hauptmann. Visitation for Mr. Hutto will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Doug Broome and Rev. Michael Stevenson officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
