Mrs. Janell S. Arnold, 77, of Waynesboro, MS died Saturday, August 29, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Waynesboro, MS on Friday, March 12, 1943 to Roy E. Snellgrove and Ethel Marie Snellgrove. She attended West Shady Grove Baptist Church. She had worked as a Leather Inspector at Wells Lamont. Mrs. Arnold is preceded in death by her father, Roy E. Snellgrove; mother, Ethel Marie Snellgrove. She is survived by her husband, Howard Arnold, Waynesboro, MS; son, Greg Arnold, Shubuta, MS; daughter, Shelley Rachel Boone (Michael), Brandon, MS; brother, James Snellgrove (Peggy), Shubuta, MS; sister, Elizabeth Jones, Millry, AL, several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Arnold will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday, August 31, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Smith officiating. Interment will be in Old Yellow Creek Cemetery in Wayne County, MS. Pallbearers are Randy Arnold, Gary Cook, Marty McKee, Ronnie Greene, Eulon Britton, Mark Waller.
