Gayle Thomas Seabrook

Mr. Gayle Thomas Seabrook, 81, ended his earthly journey Saturday, February 22, 2020 in Soso, MS. Gayle was born in State Line, MS on Sunday, November 13, 1938 to John Seabrook and Mildred Lancaster Seabrook. Mr. Seabrook was a resident of Chatom, AL.  He was retired as a chemical technician at Ciba-Geigy Corporation. He leaves behind his children, Terry Seabrook (Lenora), Jeff Seabrook (Charlene), Linda Richardson (Bill), Mary Adams, Kay Kedam (Jacob), Karl Richerson, Janice Reinertson (Eric); 2 brothers, Marvin Seabrook, Rick Seabrook; 24 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Augusta Mae Seabrook; father, John Seabrook; mother, Mildred Lancaster Seabrook; 2 sons, Devoid Richerson, Wendall Richerson. Gayle loved fishing and gardening but more than anything he loved singing and music, a love that he passed to his children and grandchildren. His beautiful voice and his beautiful smile will be forever missed, until we meet again.

Visitation for Mr. Seabrook will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Donal R. Chance, Jr. officiating. Interment will be in State Line Cemetery in State Line, MS.
