Mr. Clifford Hutto, 84, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Monday, May 2, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Monday, November 8, 1937 to Ulmer H. "Bunk" Hutto and Alice Hutto. He was a member of Big Creek Baptist Church. He had worked as a Owner and Operator at Cliff's Auto Parts.
Clifford was born again in 1957. For the past 64 years, he led a life proclaiming the name of Jesus in his business, his community, and his family. His standard for Christian living was exemplary as an ambassador for Christ. His faith and diligence for studying the Word and his willingness to be obedient to his Savior prepared him to be used as a witness, a friend, and a mentor for many, both young and old.
Mr. Clifford is preceded in death by his father, Ulmer H. "Bunk" Hutto; mother, Alice Hutto; two brothers, Albert Hutto, Nig Hutto; two grandchildren, Michael Cain, Tara Delaine. He is survived by his wife, Vivian Hutto, Waynesboro, MS; three daughters, Brenda Cain, Miami, FL, Braunda Hutto, Murray, KY, Rhonda Cowart (Mark), Dacula, GA; two brothers, T. T. Hutto (Garcia), Jerry Hutto (Donna), both of Waynesboro, MS; two sisters, Dianna Douglas, New Orleans, LA, Anna Bell Hutto, Waynesboro, MS; grandchild, Aubrey Cowart, Dacula, GA.
Visitation for Mr. Clifford will be held from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Duncan, Rev. Matt Olson, and Rev. Drew Holifield officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS. Pallbearers are Anthony Hutto, Brad Keith, Brian Keith, David Overstreet, Ronnie Cochran, Ben Davis, Jon Malone, and Andrew Hutto.
