Arthur Craig Pittman

Mr. Arthur Craig Pittman, 87, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, June 3, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Sunday, November 11, 1934 to Arthur Pittman and Gracie Pittman. He was a member of Clara Church of God. Mr. Pittman served in the Mississippi Army National Guard for 10 Years. He retired as a Serviceman at Clark Oil. Mr. Pittman is preceded in death by his father, Arthur Pittman; mother, Gracie Pittman; son, Anthony Craig Pittman. He is survived by his wife, Ruthie Pittman, Waynesboro, MS; daughter, Donza Ross (Holt), Waynesboro, MS; six brothers, Ulmer Ray Pittman, James Pittman (Johnnie), L. C. Pittman (Lillie), Chester Lee Pittman (Patricia), Lynn Autry Pittman (Bonita), all of Clara, MS, Dewade Pittman (Rhonda), Birmingham, AL; three sisters, Faye Heiberger (Larry), St. Louis, MO, Montez Perry (Terrell), Clara, MS, Mary Waite (Glyn), Clara, MS; three grandchildren, Eli Ross, London Pittman Guy (Drake), Stone Ross; one great grandchild, Denver Guy. Visitation for Mr. Pittman will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, June 5, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, June 6, 2022 with a Lie-In-State from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Clara Church of God in Clara, MS with Rev. David Tennyson, Rev. Edward Bean, and Rev. Floyd Mills officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
