She was born in Isney, AL on Friday, February 20, 1942 to Thomas Lindsey and Annette Lindsey. Ms. Lindsey is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Lindsey; mother, Annette Lindsey; 2 brothers, Joe Lindsey, Infant Brother Lindsey. She is survived by her daughter, Judy L. Redfern of Waynesboro, MS; 5 brothers, John Thomas Lindsey, Roy Lindsey, Troy Lindsey, Floyd Lindsey, Lloyd Lindsey all of Silas, AL; 6 sisters, Voncile Holifield of Waynesboro, MS, Lou Nell Logan of Gilbertown, AL, Nelda Sikes of Silas, AL, Lilly Beth "Tiny" Jenkins of Gilbertown, AL, Mary Taylor of Silas, AL, Charlotte Stokley of Millry, AL; granddaughter, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Kelly of Waynesboro, MS; grandson, Harlan Johnson (Teresa) of Waynesboro, MS; 3 great grandchildren, Daniel Johnson, Thomas Kelly, Prentis Kelly. Visitation for Ms. Lindsey will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, January 3, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Bernice Fleming and Rev. Ronnie Morris officiating. Interment will be in Cooper's Chapel Cemetery in Choctaw County, AL.
