Mrs. Yesta V. Brewer, 59, of State Line, MS passed from this life Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Waynesboro, MS on Saturday, July 12, 1958 to James Walter Hartley and Anna Sarah Hartley. She was a member of Johnson Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Brewer is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Brewer; mother, Anna Sarah Hartley; father, James Walter Hartley; special friend, George Beech; brother, James "Buddy" Hartley; sister, Wilma Hartley Heathcock. She is survived by her son, Chris Reed (Erica), State Line, MS; daughter, Crystal Brewer, State Line, MS; 4 sisters, Dean Richardson, Saint Stephens, AL, Hester Beasley, Copeland, AL, Barbara Brewer, Waynesboro, MS, Annie Jean Guy, Copeland, AL; half-brother, Ernest Hartley, Copeland, AL; half-sister, Ina Mae Heathcock, Ailes, TX; 2 grandchildren, Zack Reed, Madison Reed; several nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation for Mrs. Brewer will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Copeland Assembly of God Church in Copeland, AL. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, June 15, 2018 at Copeland Assembly of God Church in Copeland, AL with Rev. Curtis Sullivan, Rev. Ronnie Morris, and Rev. Bryan Jordan officiating. Interment will be in Johnson Creek Cemetery in State Line, MS.
