Mr. Thomas Earl West, 79, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Tuesday, November 8, 1938 to Leon West and Sallie Mae West. He was retired as a night watchman for the Kelley Companies. Mr. West is preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce West; mother, Sallie Mae West; father, Leon West; 2 brothers, Stub West, L. J. West; daughter-in-law, Linda West; grandson, Levi Malone. He is survived by his wife, Louise West, Waynesboro, MS; 3 sons, Robert Earl West (Joyce), Eddie West both of Waynesboro, MS, Kenny West (Patty), Laurel, MS; 2 daughters, Melissa Miller (Craig), Michelle Malone (Gray) both of Waynesboro, MS; 2 step daughters, Tammy Morris, Tina Stokley both of Waynesboro, MS; brother, Willie J. West (Joann), Waynesboro, MS; 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. Visitation for Mr. West will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, September 27, 2018 in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, September 28, 2018 in the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Jason Merritt officiating. Interment will be in Boyles Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
