Mrs. Early Mae Letchworth, 68, of State Line, MS passed from this life Monday, November 5, 2018 in Hattiesburg, MS. She was born in State Line on Friday, July 28, 1950 to Jim Mose Gardner, Sr. and Martha Bailey Gardner. She was a member of County Line Baptist Church. She worked as a Teacher's Assistant in the Public School System. Mrs. Letchworth is preceded in death by her father, Jim Mose Gardner, Sr.; and sister, Karen Hovatter. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Letchworth, State Line, MS; mother, Martha Bailey Gardner, Waynesboro, MS; 2 sons, Bobby Letchworth, Jr. (Jennifer), State Line, MS, Stacey Letchworth (Jennifer), State Line, MS; 3 brothers, Glenn Gardner, Lenn Gardner, Mose Gardner, Jr., all of State Line, MS; 4 sisters, Delores Gardner, State Line, MS, Cathie Gardner, Buckatunna, MS, Susie Hagan, State Line, MS, Martha Kay Goff, State Line, MS; 6 Grandchildren, Ethan, Cole, Jaylyn, Haley, Chloe, and Hunter Letchworth. Visitation for Mrs. Letchworth will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, November 07, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, November 8, 2018 at County Line Baptist Church in State Line, MS with Rev. Lynn Mackey officiating. There will be a Lie-In-State 10-11 AM Thursday at the church. Interment will be in County Line Cemetery.
