Mr. Billy Earl Shirley, Sr., 74, of Deer Park, AL passed from this life Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the University of South Alabama Medical Center in Mobile, AL. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Monday, March 6, 1944 to Nelson Shirley and Lillian Mae Shirley. He worked as a pipe fitter and welder at Local 119. Mr. Shirley is survived by his wife, Martha Shirley, Deer Park, AL; son, Billy Earl Shirley, Jr. (Marsha), Deer Park, AL; 3 daughters, Tonda Bettner, Satsuma, AL, Terri Shirley, Deer Park, AL, Toni Lowe (Johnny), Saraland, AL; 2 brothers, George Shirley, Thomasville, AL, Bobbye Shirley (Janice), Deer Park, AL; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. Graveside Services for Mr. Shirley will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Shirley Cemetery in Wayne County, MS with Rev. Charles Satterwhite officiating. Interment will be in Shirley Cemetery in Wayne County, MS.
