Mr. Arthur Lee Westbrook, 74, a native of Greene County, MS and resident of Clara, died Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro. He was a member of Big Creek Baptist Church and was retired as a Pumper and Gauger with Hunt Oil Company. Mr. Westbrook is preceded in death by his mother, Ada Westbrook; father, Clayton Westbrook; brother, Cecil Westbrook; sister, Sadie Mae Westbrook; great granddaughter, Maelee Grace Anderson. He is survived by his wife, Merle Westbrook of Clara; son, Lonnie Westbrook of Clara; 2 daughters, Rhonda Anderson (Tom), Delorie Bradley (Richard) both of Clara; brother, James Westbrook (Katherine) of Grand Bay, AL; 2 grandsons, Brandon Anderson (Tara) of Raymond, Brian Anderson of Clara; several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mr. Westbrook will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, January 19, 2014 in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, January 20, 2014 from the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro. Interment will be in White House Cemetery.
