Tommy Ray Coxwell

Mr. Tommy Ray Coxwell, 74, of State Line, MS passed from this life Saturday, January 9, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Waynesboro on Wednesday, November 13, 1946 to Thomas H. Coxwell and Mary Alice Coxwell Cunningham. He was a member of Chicora First Baptist Church. He was retired from the Oil Field.

Mr. Tommy is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Rae Coxwell; and father, Thomas H. Coxwell. He is survived by his mother, Mary Alice Cunningham, Fort Walton Beach, FL; son, Thomas Scott Coxwell (Leigh), Waynesboro, MS; two daughters, Kelly Ann Crow, Buckatunna, MS, Krystle Alisha Coxwell Dickinson (Anthony), Buckatunna, MS; two sisters, Linda Ladner, Navarre, FL, Sherra Montgomery, State Line, MS; six grandchildren, Mason Coxwell, Jenci Coxwell, Kelbie Tate, Kelcie Tate, Kaci Scarbrough, and Jorden Gilcrest.

Visitation for Mr. Tommy will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Sturdivant Road, Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Mitchell Smith officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Pallbearers are Lamar Crawley, Butch Skipper, Gene McIlwain, Kelbie Tate, Mason Coxwell, Jorden Gilcrest. Masks and Social Distancing are requested.
