Thomas Chapman "Skin" Henderson

Mr. Thomas Chapman "Skin" Henderson, 88, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, July 28, 2023 at residence surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born in Wayne County, MS on Thursday, July 11, 1935 to the late Chapman N. Henderson and Elizabeth Henderson. He was a member of Corinth Free Will Baptist Church. He retired as an operator for the U.S. Forestry Service. Mr. Henderson is preceded in death by his parents, Chapman N. and Elizabeth Henderson; three brothers, George Henderson, William Henderson, James Henderson; sister, Nona Walters; great granddaughter, Kimberly Hogan. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Ruby M. Henderson; son, Cecil Zeb Henderson (Patricia), both of Waynesboro, MS; daughter, Wanda Sullivan (Danny) of Richton, MS; brother, Charles Henderson; twin brother, Frank Henderson, both of Waynesboro, MS; six grandchildren, Tom, Chucky, Elena, Tanya, Steven, and Jeremy; 16 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mr. Henderson will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Corinth Free Will Baptist Church in Wayne County, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Corinth Free Will Baptist Church in Wayne County, MS with Rev. Gerald Henderson and Rev. Gary Walters officiating. Interment will be in Corinth Cemetery in Wayne County, MS.
