Ruth Finley

Mrs. Ruth Finley, 80, of Shubuta, MS died Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Regency Hospital in Meridian, MS. She was born in Wayne County, MS on Wednesday, May 1, 1940 to Bodie Arnold and Bonnie Holland Arnold. She was a member of Clear Creek Baptist Church.  She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Finley is preceded in death by her husband, Ranny Finley; father, Bodie Arnold; mother, Bonnie Holland Arnold; two sisters, Catherine Hammock, Janelle Hall. She is survived by three daughters, Rebecca Finley Williams (Larry), State Line, MS, Shelia Finley Hickson (Mike), Sandersville, MS, Penny Finley Reed (James), Shubuta, MS; brother, Arthur Glen Arnold, Waynesboro, MS; two sisters, Janette Street, Waynesboro, MS, Thelma Beard (Grady), Waynesboro, MS; six grandchildren, Larry Scott Williams (Jessica), Tammy Lynn Williams Torres (Luis), Lauren Elizabeth Tice (Kyle), Leslie Katelynn Reed Beard, John Aaron Hickson, Daniel Ryan Hickson; six great-grandchildren. Graveside Services for Mrs. Finley will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Waller Ridge Cemetery in Wayne County, MS with Rev. Mitchell Smith officiating.
