Randy D. Jones

Mr. Randy D. Jones, 59, of Semmes, AL passed from this life Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Tuesday, July 2, 1963 to E. J. and Thelma Jones. He was a member of Pine Tree Holiness Church. He retired as a Rodbuster. He was an avid Alabama fan and a great man of faith (GOD Bless and Roll Tide Roll). Randy is preceded in death by his father, E. J. Jones. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 38 years, Sheila V. Jones of Semmes, AL; mother, Thelma Jones of Millry, AL; daughter, Cassidy Jones Gallant (Barry, Jr.) of Mobile, AL; three brothers, Brad Jones (Amy), Harlan Jones (Alison), both of Millry, AL, Tony "Dee Dee" Jones (Crystal) of Lucedale, MS; grandson, Joey Gallant; granddaughter, Josalyn Gallant; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Randy will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, May 5, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Reggie Manning, Rev. Larry Turner, and Rev. Lee Threadgill officiating. Interment will be in Pine Tree Cemetery in Millry, AL.
