Margaret Ann Stevens Obituary

Mrs. Margaret Ann Stevens, 74, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Wayne General Hospital. She was born in Danville, AR on Monday, February 25, 1946 to John Thomas Garner and Margie Garner. She was a member of  Chicora First Baptist Church.  She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Stevens is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Gray "Pete" Stevens; father, John Thomas Garner; mother, Margie Garner. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Brian Barnett (Tara), Waynesboro, MS; 2 daughters, Cindy Reynolds (Charles), Buckatunna, MS, Sherry Cook (Alvin), Waynesboro, MS; brother, Ray Garner, Newellton, LA; sister, Grace Ruth Wilson, Haileyville, AL; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Stevens will be held from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Barnett Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. David Roberson officiating. Interment will be in Barnett Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brandon Cook, Wayne Reynolds, Wesley Reynolds, Bryce Barnett, Blake Barnett, Alvin Cook.
