Lois Hutto Stevens

Mrs. Lois Hutto Stevens, 87, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Brookwood Villa Personal Care Home in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Waynesboro, MS on Wednesday, June 21, 1933 to Albert Rush Hutto and Effie Brewer Hutto. She was a member of Clara Church of God. She worked on the assembly line for Wells Lamont and Northern Electric Company. Mrs. Stevens is preceded in death by her husband, D. L. Stevens; father, Albert Rush Hutto; mother, Effie Hutto; son, Leonard Warren Stevens; two brothers, Rudolph Hutto, Clyde Hutto; three sisters, Hazel Glen Hutto, Katherine Hutto Curry, Betty Hutto Culpepper. She is survived by her son, Leonard Wayne Stevens (Libby), Laurel, MS; daughter, Kimberly Ann Bierema (Randall), Fairhope, AL; sister, Irma Hutto Mills, Clara, MS; five grandchildren, Jeremy W. Stevens (Jami), Leslie D. Davis, Kevin Price (Jessica), Kristen Hatfield (Brandon), Casey Kelley (Jill); a host of great grandchildren; one great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Stevens will be held from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, May 24, 2021 at Clara Church of God in Clara, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, May 24, 2021 at Clara Church of God in Clara, MS with Rev. David Tennyson and Rev. Mitchell Smith officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
