L C Jones

   Mr. L C Jones, 75, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, April 11, 2025, at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Monday, February 27, 1950, to the late Bernice and Sam B. Jones, Jr. Mr. Jones served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He was a member of Abundant Life Church. He retired as a Toolpusher in the Oil Field.
   Mr. Jones is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by two sons, Shannon Jones of Waynesboro, MS and Chad Jones (Jessica) of Chatom, AL; two daughters, Shelby Floyd of Dothan, AL and Sharee Lincoln (Martin) of Monroe City, MO; two brothers, Sam Jones, III of Clara, MS and Ronny Jones (Judi) of Killens, AL; three sisters, Diann Giles (Wayne), Charlcie Crocker (Buster), and Marie Odom (Dail), all of Waynesboro, MS; 11 grandchildren, Gage Jones, Colby Jones, Devin Jones, Jeslin Lindsey, Cade Jones, Chap Jones, Jentri Jones, Casen Jones, Paisley Floyd, Emily Lincoln, and Owen Lincoln; a host of nieces and nephews. 
   A Celebration of Life for Mr. Jones will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, April 14, 2025, at Abundant Life Church in Waynesboro, MS with Dr. Andy Olson and Rev. Ronny Jones officiating.
