Mrs. Kimberly "Kim" Nanette Holifield, 47, a resident of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Saturday, July 18, 2020 in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Mobile, AL on Thursday, September 28, 1972 to William Larry Thomas and Jeanette Wise. She had worked in the medical field as a Pharmacy Technician for many years and owned and operated Fancy Scents Candle Company. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother known as "GiGi" to her grandchildren. Mrs. Holifield is preceded in death by her father, William Larry Thomas; 2 brothers, Mitchell Lewis, Todd E. Thomas; former husband, Charles Lofton; maternal grandparents, M. A. and Polly Wise; paternal grandparents, Joe Carl and Janie Mae Thomas. She is survived by her mother, Jeanette Wise of Waynesboro, MS; son, Matthew Lofton (Emily) of Hattiesburg, MS; 2 daughters, Candace Nicole Johnson, Savannah DeAnn Holifield both of Waynesboro, MS; 2 sisters, Deb Gradick (Mike) of Mobile, AL, Lorie Fulmer of Laurel, MS; 3 brothers, J. Robert Lewis of Waynesboro, MS, William A. Thomas (Michelle) of Laurel, MS, S. Kyle Thomas (Brianne) of Mobile, AL; former son-in-law, Adam Johnson; 3 grandchildren, Bentley Cole Johnson, Amelia Rose Holifield, Bailey Kate Lofton; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation for Mrs. Holifield will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive in Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 16, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Ryan Powers officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
