Jettie Vanosdol

Mrs. Jettie Vanosdol, 93, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Pine View Health and Rehabilitation. She was born in Waynesboro on Friday, October 5, 1928 to Ellis Hudson and Alifair Hudson. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Assembly of God Church. She had worked as a Cook at Pine View Health and Rehabilitation. Mrs. Jettie is preceded in death by her husband, Josh Vanosdol; father, Ellis Hudson; mother, Alifair Hudson; daughter, Joy Byrd; four brothers, Luther Hudson, Gilbert Hudson, Wilbert Hudson, Bobby Hudson; sister, Hazel Brewer. She is survived by her two sons, Ellis Vanosdol (Jo Lane), Johnny Vanosdol, both of Waynesboro, MS; four daughters, Nell Lott, Beaumont, MS, Shirley Maxcey (Robert), Laurel, MS, Myrtle Walters (Dan), Calhoun, MS, Dimple Butler (Eugene), Waynesboro, MS; sister, Faye Douglas, Brookhaven, MS; 21 Grandchildren; 25 Great Grandchildren; 12 Great-Great Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great-Great Grandchild. Visitation for Mrs. Jettie will be held from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday, November 29, 2021 at Pleasant Ridge Assembly of God Church, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, November 29, 2021 at Pleasant Ridge Assembly of God Church in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Brad Maxcey and Ray Hudson officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Pallbearers are Corban Walley, Kohl Walley, Derrick Vanosdol, Cody Vanosdol, Dion Byrd, Jason Byrd, Dakota Maxcey, and Caden Dyess.
