Rev. Frank Wilbur Tribble, Jr., 83, of Waynesboro, MS passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 in Laurel, MS. He was born in Columbus, MS on Saturday, June 26, 1937 to Frank Wilbur Tribble, Sr. and Katherin Dye Tribble. He served in the United States Air Force. He graduated from Mississippi State and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. A member of Liberty Baptist Church, Rev. Tribble pastored churches in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Ohio- serving congregations for over 50 years.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sybil Sanderson Tribble of Waynesboro; daughter, Linda Tribble Frye (Jim), McLean, VA; 2 sons, Kyle Tribble (Sandy), Jasper, AL, Michael Tribble, Gadsden, AL; 5 grandchildren, LaLane Arrington (Jason), Kimberly, AL, Krista Roach (David), Tuscaloosa, AL, Brent Tribble (Ana), Pinson, AL, Ethan Frye, McLean, VA, Anna Claire Frye, McLean, VA; 2 great-grandchildren, Kaden Arrington, Evelyn Tribble; 2 nephews, Gary Richardson, Kevan Ricahrdson (Danna); niece, Karen Richardson; 2 great-nieces, Kailyn McDearmid, Lauren McDearmid; great-nephew, Dustin McDearmid. He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Wilbur Tribble and mother, Katherin Dye Tribble; and sister, Betty Ann Richardson.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 2, 2020 at Isney Cemetery in Silas, AL with Rev. Matt Olson, Rev. Phillip Gandy and Rev. Randy McLeod officiating.
