Mr. Cony Benson Metcalf, Jr., 64, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Kansas City, MO on Saturday, March 19, 1955 to Cony Benson Metcalf, Sr. and Edna McKellar Metcalf. He attended Raytown South High School and received a Professional Degree in Architecture from Louisiana Tech University. He worked as a Professional Emergency Manager with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Mr. Metcalf is preceded in death by his father, Cony Benson Metcalf, Sr. and mother, Edna McKellar Metcalf. He is survived by his wife, BaBa Metcalf, Waynesboro, MS; son, Cony Benson Metcalf, III, Canton, GA; daughter, Hanna Metcalf, Riesel, TX; 4 grandchildren; mother-in-law, Barbara Sigler, Waynesboro, MS; and who he referred to as his "almost daughter", Maghan Deese (Kody), Waynesboro, MS.
