Mrs. Vickie Lynn (Pitts) Morris, 60, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. She was born in Perry, FL on Tuesday, March 12, 1963, to the late Elton Lamar Pitts, Sr. and Janet Leavie Pitts. She was a member of Corinth Free Will Baptist Church. Mrs. Morris is preceded in death by her parents, Elton Lamar Pitts, Sr. and Janet Leavie Pitts. She is survived by her son, Robert Neal Morris; daughter, Jana LeAnn Smith (Jonathan); brother, Elton Lamar Pitts, Jr.; grandson, Kyler Michael Smith, all of Waynesboro, MS. Visitation for Mrs. Morris will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 PM Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at Mulberry Cemetery in Richton, MS. Interment will be in Mulberry Cemetery in Richton, MS.
