Mr. Travis Louie Bishop, 70, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Saturday, September 22, 1951 to Louie Bishop and Anne Saltalamachia. He was a lifelong resident of Waynesboro. He was a retired auto body shop repairman and sign painter. He loved a good cup of coffee and a game of pool.

Mr. Travis is preceded in death by his wife, Melinda Bishop, father, Louie Bishop; mother, Anne Saltalamachia; two sisters, Linda Carol Fitzner, Bonnie Murray. He is survived by his two daughters, DeAnn Seeger (Jason) of Waynesboro, MS, Stacy Ware (Daniel) of Madison, MS; son, Lee Bishop (Rachel) of Buckatunna, MS; brother, Don Bishop (Nancy) of Waynesboro, MS; half-brother, Ronnie Bishop of Waynesboro, MS; half-sister, Brenda Grant (Jay) of Morristown, NJ; seven grandchildren, Jonathan Seeger, Melissa Seeger, Raylee Bishop, Noah Bishop, Meredith Ware, Zach Ware, Peyton Ware; a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mr. Travis will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Friday, August 19, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 PM Friday, August 19, 2022 at Winchester Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Ryan Powers officiating.
