Mr. Tracy Dale Smith, 75, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at his residence in Waynesboro, MS. He was born in Velasco, TX on Saturday, January 24, 1948 to the late Homer Smith and Loyal Smith Gibson. He was retired as a Law Enforcement Officer for Mississippi Department of Transportation. He served in the Mississippi Air National Guard. Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his parents, Homer Smith and Loyal Smith Gibson. He is survived by his wife, Diane Smith; step son, Ronald Scott Johnson, both of Waynesboro, MS; adopted daughter, Candall Smith; brother, Dean Rominger (Anne) of Dothan, AL; 4 grandchildren. A Private Memorial Service will be held by his family.
