Mrs. Therina Nonnie "Tena" Logan, 75, of Shubuta, MS passed from this life Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Clarke County, MS on Thursday, March 24, 1949 to William Henry Blackwell and Bertha Mae Blackwell. She was a member of Hephzibah Baptist Church. She worked for the Quitman School District as Bus Driver for 8 years then worked as a Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service for 34 years before retiring. Mrs. Tena is preceded in death by her father, William Henry Blackwell; mother, Bertha Mae Blackwell; father-in-law, Edwin Milton "Bud" Logan; mother-in-law, Sue Logan; sister, Hilda Duell. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Edwin Milton Logan, Jr., Shubuta, MS; 4 children; 13 grandchildren, and numerous grandchildren. A Memorial Service for Mrs. Tena will be announced at a later date.
