Mr. Stephen Dean Hartlein, 73, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. He was born in Richmond, CA on Monday, March 1, 1948 to Dean Hartlein and Alma Hartlein. He was a Veteran and served in the United States Navy. He had worked as a Truck Driver at Trucking. Mr. Hartlein is preceded in death by his father, Dean Hartlein; mother, Alma Hartlein. He is survived by his wife, Terry Hartlein, Waynesboro, MS; two sons, Miles Hartlein (Sara), Dayton, TX, Hunter Hartlein, Waynesboro, MS; daughter, Heather Spooner (Clifton), Tupelo, MS; two sisters, Cindy Newman, Kathy Knoll, both of California; three grandchildren, Rhett Reed, Navy Hartlein, Maverick Hartlein. Graveside Services for Mr. Hartlein will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, January 24, 2022 at Hebron Cemetery in Wayne County, MS with Rev. Brad Nicholson officiating.
