Sis. Stephanie Renee (Ray) Luker, 57, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Thursday, September 3, 2026, at her residence in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Hattiesburg, MS on Friday, March 28, 1969, to Charles "Buck" Ray, Jr. and Patricia Ray. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church of Ellisville. She worked alongside her husband Rev. Kevin Luker in the ministry for 33 years.

Sis. Luker is preceded in death by her father, Charles "Buck" Ray, Jr.; stepfather, David E. "Buddy" Skaggs, Sr.; daughter, Katlyn Grace Luker. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Rev. Kevin E. Luker of Waynesboro, MS; mother, Patricia Skaggs of Hattiesburg, MS; son, Anthony Randall Luker (Madison) of Hattiesburg, MS; daughter, Kellie Nichole Henderson (Bub) of Clara, MS; two sisters, Jennifer Cooley (Trent) of New Augusta, MS and Kim Pierce (Tom) of Leakesville, MS; four grandchildren, Talan Luker, Cambree Luker, Paxton Luker, and Caityn Henderson; special Brother and Sister-In-Law, Byron and Lynn Luker.

Visitation for Sis. Luker will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday, September 7, 2026, at Ellisville First Assembly of God, 312 US-11, Ellisville, MS 39437. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, September 7, 2026, at Ellisville First Assembly of God in Ellisville, MS with Rev. Kenny Morris, Rev. Andy Stringfellow, Rev. Manuel Henderson, and Rev. Ryan Powers officiating. Interment will be in Springhill Cemetery in Laurel, MS.

Sis. Stephanie’s faith was not merely spoken, but lived out each day. She was known by many as “Sister preacher”, and “Granna” to not only her 4 grandchildren, but the countless number of children, teens, and young adults that she helped lead into the ministry. Her infectious personality, laugh, and words could completely captivate an audience. She leaves behind a legacy of steadfast faith, unwavering strength, and a life devoted to God.
