Ms. Shnell Miller-Wade, 56, of Millry, AL passed from this life Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Chatom, AL on Monday, March 31, 1969, to Prentice Powe Miller, Sr. and Tomie Nell Williams Miller. She worked in Public Health Care. Ms. Shnell is preceded in death by her father, Prentice Powe Miller, Sr.; sister, Leathie Shnaye Musgrove. She is survived by her mother, Tomie Nell Miller; son, Miller Wade (Lily), all of Millry, AL; daughter, Dayla Brown (Lane) of Fruitdale, AL; brother, Prentice P. Miller, Jr. "Peck" of Millry, AL; four grandchildren, Cooper Brown, Chipper Brown, Whitley Wade, and Bodi Wade. Visitation for Ms. Shnell will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, March 13, 2026, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Miller Hill Cemetery, 55 Miller Circle, Millry, AL 36558 with Rev. Jim Koen officiating. Interment will be in Miller Hill Cemetery in Millry, AL.
