Mrs. Sheron Cochran, 69, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Waynesboro, MS on Saturday, September 10, 1955, to Faye and Rev. Aubrey Cook. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She retired from the billing office at Wayne General Hospital.

Mrs. Cochran is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Ray Cochran; parents, Faye and Rev. Aubrey Cook; son, Stephen Cochran (Miranda), all of Waynesboro, MS; two daughters, Sheron Renee Wade (Danny) of Biloxi, MS and Rachel Malcom (Christopher of, Toxey, AL; brother, C. A. Cook (Sherry) of Clara, MS; two sisters, Charlotte Anderson (Huey) of State Line, MS and Karen Deese (Kevin) of Yellow Pine, AL; 13 grandchildren, Jacob (Jayce), Meaghan, Connor, Ben, Sam, Lydia, Callie, Susanna, Caden, Madelyn, Aubree, Daniel, and Jonathan; four great grandchildren, Ridge, Emma, Evvi, and Lukas; a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mrs. Cochran will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, March 7, 2025, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Paul Harris officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
