Mrs. Shelia Annette Holifield Hudson, 56, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, May 15, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Waynesboro, MS on Monday, February 2, 1970, to the late Percy Holifield, Sr. and Hazel Lindsey Holifield. She was a member of Waynesboro First Assembly of God.

   Mrs. Hudson is preceded in death by her parents and two daughters, Jayla and Kayla Hudson. She is survived by her husband, Harold Hudson of Clara, MS; three sons, Devin McIlwain (Katelyn) of Buckatunna, MS, Jaymin Hudson (Sophie) of Waynesboro, MS, and Ellis Hudson (Samantha) of Clara, MS; two daughters, Candace Cooley (Shad) and Heather Hudson, all of Waynesboro, MS; brother, Percy Holifield, Jr. (Misty) of Waynesboro, MS; four sisters, Sue Sikes (Terry), Carol Raines (George), all of Silas, AL, Melba Diane Dearman (Wayne) of Waynesboro, MS, and Donna Johnson (Jimmy) of Gilbertown, AL; grandchildren, Rylie, Addelyn, Gavin, Brielyn, Josie, Kaylee, Kaitlyn, Kolton, Joseph, Eli, Emma, and Finn; 4 great grandchildren.

   Visitation for Mrs. Hudson will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Waynesboro First Assembly of God in Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Waynesboro First Assembly of God in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Jimmie Smith, Rev. Nick Holifield, and Rev. Johnathon Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Maynor Creek Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
