Mr. Roy B. Odom, Jr., 83, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Wayne General Hospital. He was born in Mississippi on Sunday, January 29, 1939 to Roy B. Odom, Sr. and Nonie Odom. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was a Veteran and served in the United States Army as Sergeant First Class for 20 years. Mr. Odom is preceded in death by his father, Roy B. Odom, Sr.; mother, Nonie Odom; sister, Sheryl Odom. He is survived by his nephew, Billy Davis, IV, Lafayette, LA; several cousins. Visitation for Mr. Odom will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Pam Randall officiating. Interment will be in Geneva-Horne Cemetery in Matherville, MS.
