Mr. Ronnie Earl Cooley, 67, of Clara, MS passed from this life Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Monday, May 16, 1955 to Roy Cooley and Christine Moseley Cooley. He was a member of Clara Church of God. He had worked as a Millwright Supervisor at Scotch Plywood. He also served in the Mississippi Army National Guard. Mr. Ronnie is preceded in death by his father, Roy Cooley; mother, Christine Cooley Tate; step father, James Tate. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Rhonda Cooley, Clara, MS; two sons, Jason Cooley (Hillary), Buckatunna, MS, Jacob Cooley, Clara, MS; daughter, Jessica Davis (Brandon), Hurley, MS; three sisters, Brenda Singleton, Sue Atchison (Jimmy), Diane Cooley, all of Waynesboro, MS; five grandchildren, Tristan Cooley, Ethan Cooley, Jaiden Cooley, Lex Davis, Dakota Davis. Visitation for Mr. Ronnie will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, January 13, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. David Tennyson and Rev. Arnold Amason officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
