Mr. Robert A. Miller, 59, of Laurel, MS passed from this life Monday, October 31, 2022 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Friday, February 8, 1963 to Reese Miller and Katie Lee (Sullivan) Miller. He worked as a Skidder Operator for Becton Logging. He was an avid Auburn fan. Mr. Robert is preceded in death by his father, Reese Miller; two brothers, Gary Miller, Kenneth R. Miller; mother of children, Carlene Smith. He is survived by his mother, Katie Lee Miller of Millry, AL; son, Alex Trent Miller; daughter, Hali V. Jordan (Dustin), both of Laurel, MS; sister, Neta Miller Byrd of Mount Vernon, AL; granddaughter, Arya Miller of Wagarville, AL; aunt, Mary Joyce Coleman; sister-in-law, Wanda Miller, both of Millry, AL. Visitation for Mr. Robert will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, November 4, 2022 with a Lie-In-State from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at New Bethel Holiness Church in Millry, AL with Rev. Frankie Dunn and Rev. Jojo Weaver officiating. Interment will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Millry, AL.
