Mrs. Rhetta June Pitts, 67, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Kosciusko, MS on Tuesday, March 1, 1955 to Archie B. Clark and Sarah Ruth Morgan. She was a Home Maker. Mrs. Pitts is preceded in death by her father, Archie B. Clark; mother, Sarah Ruth Morgan; three sons, James Herring, Ryan Pitts, Cristopher Pitts; brother, Bobby Clark; two sisters, Sharon Ann Clark, Susan Morgan Smith. She is survived by special and devoted friend, Austin Paul Lossett; daughter, Amanda Cooley; son, Austin Pitts; stepson, Timothy Lossett (Summer); stepdaughter, Rachael Vice (Brett) all of Waynesboro, MS; five grandchildren, Ethan Rutledge, Sarah Isabella Cooley, Ashton Herring, Jasmine Pitts, Kristen Pitts; three step grandchildren, Liam Lossett, Paxton Vice, Harper Vice; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Pitts will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS. Interment will be in Boyles Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
