Mrs. Rachel Ann Chancellor, 76, of Waynesboro, MS passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel. She was born in Alabama on Sunday, February 3, 1946 to Willie Ford and Eva Coxwell Ford. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Rachel worked as a Shipping Clerk for Delphi Auto Parts for 30 years. She was currently serving as Beat-Four Election Commissioner. Mrs. Rachel is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Chancellor; father, Willie Ford and mother, Eva Ford; daughter, Ashley Krebs; three brothers, Buddy Ford, Mackey Ford, Johnny Ford; sister, Yvonne Williams. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Fries (Michael), Pachuta, MS; son-in-law, Tim Krebs, Hattiesburg, MS; 2 brothers, Billy Ford, Gary Ford; 2 sisters, Mable Stallings, Bobbie Breland; 4 grandchildren, Lindsey Fries, Maddie Fries, Anna Rachel Krebs, Regan Krebs; several Nieces and Nephews. A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurel, MS (Wayne County) with Dr. Dave Moran officiating. Pallbearers will be Michael Fries, Tim Krebs, Craig Chancellor, Chad Chancellor, Stacy Chancellor and Blake Rigby.
