Mrs. Polly Reece (Lee) Lott, 83, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, July 10, 2026, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. She was born in Wayne County, MS on Wednesday, September 9, 1942, to the late Gerod and Estelle (Busby) Lee. She was a member of Lee's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. She retired as a Clerk at Wayne County Department of Human Services.

   Mrs. Lott is preceded in death by her parents, Gerod and Estelle (Busby) Lee; three brothers, Clifton Lee, Lennard Lee, and Ulysses Lee. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Joseph W. Lott of Waynesboro, MS; a host of nieces and nephews.

   Visitation for Mrs. Lott will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, July 12, 2026, at Lee's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Tedlen Pittman officiating. Interment will be in Lee's Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
