Mrs. Minnie Frances Tolbird, 80, of State Line, MS passed from this life Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Wade, OK on Sunday, September 1, 1940 to Max Conditt and Evelyn Conditt. She attended Eret Baptist Church. She had worked as a Dispatcher/Clerk at Halliburton. Mrs. Tolbird is preceded in death by her husband, William Tolbird; father, Max Conditt; mother, Evelyn Conditt; daughter, Ella May Boudreaux; sister, Patricia Quisenberry. She is survived by her two sons, Michael Ernest Waggoner, State Line, MS, Scottie Tolbird (Sue Ann), San Angelo, TX; step son, Barry Tolbird (Melissa), Oak Vale, MS; two daughters, Linda Broussard, Pecan Island, LA, Debbie Kittrell (Kelvin), Navarre, FL; step daughter, Lisa Conley (Mike), Monticello, MS; brother, David Conditt (Cathy), Amarillo, TX; four sisters, Nancy Wright, Lois Robertson, Ruth Robertson, Maxine Conditt Sims, all of Texas; 12 grandchildren; a host of great granchildren and great-great grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Tolbird will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM,  at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, July 16, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. David Roberson officiating.
