Mrs. Minnie "Red" Shirley, 70, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Pine View Health and Rehabilitation in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Washington County, AL on Thursday, May 15, 1952 to the late Earmon Beasley, Sr. and Ada Beasley. Mrs. Shirley is preceded in death by her father, Earmon Beasley, Sr.; mother, Ada Beasley; daughter. Michell Williams Lewis; three brothers, Jessie Elmer Beasley, Daniel Beasley, Earnest Beasley; three sisters, Dorothy Mae Wynn, Alice Mae Presley, Sadie Pearl Dearmon. She is survived by her two sons, Jeffry Wayne Beasley of Millry, AL, Heath Shirley (Stephanie) of Buckatunna, MS; four brothers, Earl Gray Beasley of Laurel, MS; W. J. Beasley of Waynesboro, MS, Bobby Joe Beasley, Pete Beasley both of Laurel, MS; four sisters, Barbara Jean Doggett, Zellene Beasley, Jewel Shirley, Sharon Sumrall all of Laurel, MS; six grandchildren, Judah Williams of Quitman, MS, Isaiah Williams of Millry, AL, Chloe Williams of Quitman, MS, Corey Shirley, Brooke Shirley, Landon Shirley all of Millry, AL; three great grandchildren, Bryce Williams, Autumn Williams, Remington Williams all of Quitman, MS. Visitation for Mrs. Shirley will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Jim Koen officiating. Interment will be in Lake Maxie Cemetery in Millry, AL.
