Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Cochran, 74, of Buckatunna, MS passed from this life Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, FL. She was born in Stratton, MS on Wednesday, December 3, 1947 to Alfonzo Dodd and Dorothy Dodd. She had worked in Production at Scott Paper Company. Mrs. Cochran is preceded in death by her husband, Lyman Carlise Cochran; father, Alfonzo Dodd; mother, Dorothy Dodd; brother, William Dodd; sister, Jean Douglas. She is survived by her two sons, James Keenam, Jr. (Jessica), Tampa, FL, Jody Keenam (Amber), Panama City Beach, FL; brother, Danny Dodd, Mobile, AL; three sisters, Brenda Farmer, Darlene Paul, Sylvia Strickland, all of Mobile, AL; two granddaughters, Casey Keenam, Courtney Keenam, both of Tampa, FL; two great grandchildren, Ryus Ball, Leona Ball. Visitation for Mrs. Cochran will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Paul Harris officiating. Interment will be in Zion Rest Cemetery in Buckatunna, MS.
