Mrs. Marjorie "Margie" Busby, 88, of Fruitdale, AL passed from this life Saturday, July 25, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Washington County, AL on Monday, September 20, 1937, to the late George "Dick" and Pauline Williams. She was a member of South Oak Grove Baptist Church.

   Mrs. Busby is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Johnny M. Busby; father, George "Dick" Williams; mother, Pauline Williams; step mother, Inez Williams; daughter, Teresa Busby Tyler; four brothers, Lynwood Williams, Morgan Williams, Giles Williams, and Darnell Mann; sister, Sarah Lankford; granddaughter, Koen Lindsey. She is survived by three sons, Johnny G. Busby (Cindy), Grady Busby (Penny), and Jason Busby (Sandy), all of Fruitdale, AL; brother, Hal Williams (Will) of Ocean Springs, MS; sister, Barbara Price (Doug) of Tibbie, AL; grandchildren, Melanie Cotton (Matt), Stephanie Davis (Craig), Todd Tyler (Jessica), Savannah Busby, Sarah Busby, Grady Busby (Skyler), Morgan Busby, Blake Brown (James), Jaylon Busby (Kourtney), Nick Turner (Fallon), Ethan Turner (Lonna), Haleigh Tyson (Zach), and Drake Simpson; great grandchildren, Luke, Adaline, Vivianne, Charlotte, Stella, Luna, Skye, Graylon, Jake, Rylee, McKenna, Jameson, Jayden, John Griffin, Greyson, Delilah, and Easton.

   A Graveside Service for Mrs. Busby will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Grace Williams Cemetery in Fruitdale, AL with Rev. Robert Kirkland, Rev. Buddy Jones, and Rev. Joe Williams officiating. Interment will be in Grace Williams Cemetery in Fruitdale, AL.
