Mrs. Marie O'neal Dueitt, 77, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, March 24, 2023 at Jeff Anderson Memorial Hospital in Meridian, MS. She was born in Mobile, AL on Thursday, October 11, 1945 to John A. Richardson and Frances Royce. She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church. She retired as an LPN at Wayne General Hospital. Mrs. Dueitt is preceded in death by her parents, John A. Richardson and Frances Royce; son, William Gregory Dueitt; 2 brothers; 6 sisters; granddaughter, Amber Andrews. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Jack "J. C." Dueitt; three sons, Michael F. Dueitt, Kenneth Lee Dueitt, all of Waynesboro, MS, John Brian Dueitt (Janny) of Dauphin Island, AL; daughter, LaDoanna Marie Bannerman (Billy) of Yukon, OK; brother, William Richardson of Waynesboro, MS; 17 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Dueitt will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Kenneth Mathis and Rev. John McKissick officiating. Interment will be in Geneva-Horne Cemetery in Matherville, MS.
