Mrs. Margie Lofton, 71, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Pine View Health and Rehabilitation. She was born in Waynesboro on Monday, December 10, 1951 to Robert P. Holley and Eunita Irene Holley. She attended Harvest Temple Church. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Margie is preceded in death by her father, Robert P. Holley; mother, Eunita Irene Holley; son, Billy Lofton, Jr.; brother, Rodney G. Holley. She is survived by her husband, Billy Lofton, Waynesboro, MS; two sons, Brad Lofton (Karen), Waynesboro, MS, Chad Lofton (Gentry), Jackson, MS; three brothers, Robert Lynn Holley (Venett), Eucutta, MS, Richard Holley, Waynesboro, MS, Ernie Holley (Becky), Waynesboro, MS; sister, Jean Pitts (Curtis Wayne), Clara, MS; four grandchildren, Austin Willey, Heather Smith, Colby Lofton, Lyric Lofton; three great grandchildren, Marissa Smith, Emerson Lofton, Morana Lofton. Visitation for Mrs. Margie will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, June 30, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Jones and Rev. Edward Bean officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery.
