Ms. Margie L. Baygents, 76, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Thursday, May 30, 2024, at her residence. She was born in Waynesboro, MS on Thursday, September 18, 1947, to the late Bodie "B. J." and Maxine (Brewer) Baygents. She worked as a Crash Investigator at US Airways. Margie is preceded in death by her parents, Bodie "B. J." and Maxine (Brewer) Baygents; son, Jess Alexander Lancaster. She is survived by her companion, Tim Stark of Waynesboro, MS; son, Zack Lancaster of Winston Salem, NC; brother, Perry Baygents (Tanya Walker); sister, Lynda L. Walker (Bidmer R.), all of Waynesboro, MS; nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service for Margie will be held from 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Norman Nowell officiating.
