Mrs. Margaret Louise "Lou" Jones, 82, of Buckatunna, MS passed from this life Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Alabama on Saturday, May 20, 1939 to Joe Humphrey, Sr. and Trudie Humphrey. She was a member of Denham Baptist Church. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Lou is survived by her three sons, Dale Singleton, Chatom, AL, Greg Singleton (Kerry), Georgetown, AL, Rick Singleton (Rhonda), Satsuma, AL; two daughters, Cheryl Singleton Hardy, Gulf Breeze, FL, Kim Singleton Parlegreco (Lee), Mobile, AL; brother, Jerry Wayne Humphrey, Buckatunna, MS; sister, Joan Boyles, Waynesboro, MS; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild. Visitation for Mrs. Lou will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 8314 Carpenter Road, Millry, AL. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Marvin Griffin and Rev. Chip Phillips officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
