Mr. Lester Wayne Walley, 66, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, February 4, 2022 at Forrest General Hospital. He was born in Waynesboro on Thursday, August 4, 1955 to Lester Walley and Geneva Walley Cochran. He was a member of Lee's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. He worked as an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) at Ensco. Mr. Walley is preceded in death by father, Lester Walley; sister, Genice Wilson. He is survived by his wife, Debra Walley; mother, Geneva Cochran (Raleigh Mack); three sons, Bobby Walley, Ben Walley (Sara), Caden Walley; daughter, Barbara Walley; brother, Timmy Walley; three sisters, Genell Nash, Brenda Pearson (Jimmy), Lisa Smith (Charles), all of Waynesboro, MS; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mr. Walley will be held from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday, February 7, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, February 7, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Tedlen Pittman officiating. Interment will be in Lee's Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro. Pallbearers are Hunter Walley, Corban Walley, John Lofton, J. T. Walley, Devan Walley, Steve Ainsworth, Steven Heath, Zach Reynolds.
