Mr. Larry E. Jackson, 68, of Millry, AL passed from this life Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Jackson, AL on Thursday, December 11, 1952, to Johnny and Emogene "Polly" Jackson. He was a member of Tabernacle Holiness Church. He was retired as an insulator at Sentry Insulation in Millry, AL. Larry is preceded in death by his father, Johnny Jackson; mother, Emogene "Polly" Jackson; son, Michael Jackson; brother, Jerry Wayne Jackson; sister-in-law, Dollie Jackson. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 41 years, Evelyn Jackson of Millry, AL; three brothers, Willie Clyde "Pete" Jackson of Jackson, AL, Donald Irvin Jackson (Donnie), Charles Eugene Jackson both of Coffeeville, AL; sister, Barbara Ann Jackson Silda (James) of Moselle, MS; father and mother-in-law, Gilmore and Doris Holyfield of Millry, AL; sister-in-law, Patricia Sullivan (David) of Millry, AL; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Larry will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Sandridge Church of God in Millry, AL. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Sandridge Church of God in Millry, AL with Rev. Larry Daugherty and Rev. Shawn Hales officiating. Interment will be in Sandridge Cemetery in Millry, AL.
