Mr. Kendall D. Sanderson, 49, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, September 22, 2023, in Newton, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Monday, October 22, 1973, to the late W. R. "Dick" and Eunice Sanderson.

He was a member of Victory Assembly of God Church. He worked as owner and operator of Sanderson Logging, LLC. Kendall was known by his family as a loving husband, daddy, and pop. He was a hard worker and never met a stranger.

Mr. Sanderson is preceded in death by his parents, W. R. "Dick" and Eunice Sanderson; brother, Dale Sanderson; Grandson, Timber Sanderson. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Terena Sanderson of Waynesboro, MS; two sons, Kyle Sanderson (Alexis) of Bay Springs, MS, Hunter Sanderson (Cheyenne James) of Waynesboro, MS; daughter, Dallas Moseley (Taylor) of Waynesboro, MS; two brothers, Jay O. Phillips (Deborah) of Waynesboro, MS, Nathaniel Sanderson (Christy) of Springdale, AR; three sisters, Sue Walker (Tommy) of Peel, AR, JoAnn Davis (Tony) of Waynesboro, MS, Joyce Bunch (Mike), Golden, MO; grandson, Waylon Sanderson; granddaughter, Oaklynn Moseley; a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mr. Sanderson will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, September 25, 2023, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Barry Long and Rev. Ronnie Morris officiating. Interment will be in West Shady Grove Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
